You can find numerous links on the internet if you search the keyword converting math units practice sheets. Most of the content is however designed for the readers who already have some know how about this subject. If you are a complete novice, you should use Algebrator. Is it easy to understand and very helpful too.

Thanks for the tip . Algebrator is indeed a extremely helpful math software. I was able to get answers to difficulties I had about factoring polynomials, solving a triangle and simplifying fractions. You just have to type in a problem, click on Solve and you get the all the solutions you need. You can use it for so many , like Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and Algebra 2. I would highly recommend Algebrator.

Here you go : https://mathmusic.org/using-proportions-and-cross.html. It has really helped me ever since I started using it, but just in case the software doesn’t work for you then they also have an unconditional money back guarantee which you can avail . So basically it’s a win-win situation for the customers!
