how to turn decimals into fractions

Hi guys , It’s been a week now and I still can’t figure out how to crack a few math problems on how to turn decimals into fractions . I have to submit this work by the end of next week. Can someone help me to get started? I need some help with leading coefficient and equivalent fractions. Any sort of guidance will be appreciated.

You don’t need to ask anyone to solve any sample questions for you; in fact all you need is Algebrator.
